P.C. :- This Petition was posted on 25 June 2018. On that day the Petitioners' Advocate M/s. Thakore Jariwala & Associates appeared and together with the Government Pleader stated that the copy of the proceedings is not available with either of them. This Court passed the following order :- " Since both the advocates do not have a copy of the record and proceedings, we permit both to take

902.WP 2114.03.doc photocopies from the Court record, but on payment of usual copying charges. If this procedural requirement is not complied with within two weeks from today, then, we will be forced to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution."

When the matter was posted on 13 July 2018, the Petitioners and the Advocate both were absent. 3.

Today, when the matter is called out, it is stated that the whereabouts of the Petitioners are not known to the Petitioners' Advocates, they have not contacted them and therefore, the Petitioners' Advocates desire to seek a discharge from the proceedings.

Nothing prevented these Advocates from complying with the procedural requirements and seeking discharge earlier. We do not countenance such state of affairs and non co-operation from the Advocates in matters which are lingering and pending in this Court for nearly 15 years.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
