COMPANY PETITION NO.301 OF 2013 WITH COMPANY PETITION NO.389 OF 2015 Respondent company - M/s. ESP (Asia) Pvt. Ltd. has been ordered to be wound up by an order dated 14th December, 2017 in company petition no.921 of 2014.
Therefore, both these petitions stand disposed with liberty to petitioners to lodge their proof of debt with the Official Liquidator, who shall consider the same in accordance with law. If the order dated 14th December, 2017 in company petition no.921 of 2014 winding up respondent company - M/s. ESP (Asia) Pvt. Ltd. is set aside in appeal, liberty is given to other petitioners to revive their Gauri Gaekwad
