This Notice of Motion is taken out for setting aside the order dated September 29, 2009 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master and to restore the Writ Petition (L) No.1697 of 2009 which was dismissed for non removal of office objections within a

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, we find that there was sufficient cause for non removal of office objections within the stipulated time. The Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and the writ Petition (L) No.1697 of 2017 is restored to file. 3.

All Office objections to be now removed within two weeks.
