Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents states that she has no instructions as regards the status of the proposal dated 30th November 2011. 3.

Considering the limited prayer, we need not keep the Petition pending and we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order.

ash wp-1769.15 ORDER :

(a) If an order is already made on the proposal for reconstruction (Exhibit-A to the Petition), the same shall be communicated Municipal Corporation to the Petitioner or to the Petitioner's Architect;

(b) If the said proposal is still pending, appropriate decision shall be taken on the said proposal within a period of one month from today. The decision shall be communicated to the Petitioner's Architect; (c) All contentions on merits are kept open;

(d) The Petition is disposed of on above terms.
