On 14th June 2022 the following order came to be passed: "Papers of this petition are not placed before us. Registry to trace the papers within two weeks. If they are traced, list the petition in the week commencing from 27 June 2022. If not found, Registry to take steps to reconstruct the same."

Thereafter on 4th July 2022, 5th July 2022, 12th July 2022, 26th July 2022 and 11th August 2022 when the matter was listed before the Master and Assistant Prothonotary (Adm.) for reconstruction of records and proceedings as, the same was not traceable in the department, nobody appeared for the parties.

Even today nobody appeared for the parties.

Petition dismissed.
