The objection raised by the Petitioner in respect of the order passed by the Collector, Bombay Suburban Area dated 31.03.2018 need not be entertained, in view of availability of an alternate remedy for redressal of the grievances raised by the Petitioner. It would be open for the Petitioner to challenge the order of the Collector before the Appellate Forum provided under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 2.

So far as the issue as regards the regularisation of the occupation under the Government Resolution dated 12.02.2012 and modification to the said Government Resolution, if any, is concerned, it would be open for the Petitioner to avail the remedy available under the Government policy by making application to the State Government or the State Government Authorities and the challenge in that regard also need not be dealt with in the instant Petition.
