Learned officer from the office of the Official Liquidator tenders affidavit dated 23rd September, 2015 in compliance with the order passed by this court on 9th September, 2015 disclosing the status of possession of the assets of the respondent no.2 company of which the Official Liquidator has been appointed by the company court. In view of this affidavit, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner would lodge its claim before the Official Liquidator and seeks continuation of the ad-interim order passed by this court on 10th June, 2015 for a period of eight weeks from today. She submits that the respondents have not even complied with the ad-interim order passed by this court on 10th June, 2015 and seeks to file appropriate proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the ad-interim order dated 10th June, 2015. 2.
The petitioner would be at liberty to make claims before the Official Liquidator. Ad-interim order passed by this court on 10th June, 2015 to continue
2/3 for a period of eight weeks from today. The petitioner would be at liberty to seek further interim reliefs by filing appropriate proceedings before the company court and also to file of the appropriate proceedings for contempt against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 10th June, 2015. Arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
