The appellant is a Director of respondent no.2, who is defendant no.1 in the suit.

On 25th July, 2018, in a suit filed by the first respondent, it has been directed that the Directors of the first defendant in the suit would not leave the territory of India without taking prior permission from the Court. The appellant has to travel to Istanbul from 19th April, 2019 to 22nd April, 2019. On return to India, the appellant has to travel to London from 1st May, 2019 to 8th May, 2019. 4.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff - respondent no.1 in the appeal does not dispute that earlier permissions granted to the appellant to travel abroad were honoured, in the sense, the appellant return to India. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has instructed to inform the Court its no objection to the appellant travelling to Istanbul and London for the durations mentioned herein above.
