We do not think that the larger controversy raised for consideration should be examined in the peculiar facts of this Petition. The Petitioner is moving this Court on an apprehension that a notice will be published in the newspapers as threatened by the communication dated 17th April, 2013, copy of which is at page 59 of the paper book.

2) The Writ Petition is filed on 28th May, 2013/12th June, 2013. If the bank has not published anything including photographs nor displayed the names and addresses of the J.V.Salunke,PA

15-WP.1110.2013.doc Petitioners, then, we do not see how in the year 2016 this challenge survives. In the event the Petitioners have any apprehension of the bank repeating this act, they are at liberty to move for appropriate reliefs in appropriate proceedings. 3) With the aforesaid clarification, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
