A perusal of the record indicates that in view of the conditional order passed by this court on 30th April, 2015 and order dated 20th May, 2015, the respondent company has already stood wound up.

Mr.Panicker, learned counsel for the applicant today seeks to press prayer clause (c) of this company application. In view of the fact that the respondent company is already wound up, I am inclined to grant prayer clause (c) of the company application. The ex-directors of the company are directed to comply with the said order within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The applicant is directed to convey this order to the ex-directors of the respondent company for compliance. Company application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
