The order dated 28th April, 2017 reads thus:
"Learned Counsel Ms. Manjiri Parasnis appearing for petitioner submits that they would submit a representation to the Corporation indicating that if they are granted some more time to vacate the subject building, then the water connection could be restored.
The petitioner may file such a representation to the Corporation. Stand over beyond vacation."

There is nothing placed on record to show that a representation as mentioned in order dated 28th April, 2017 has been made. On the contrary, it is pointed out that some of the members of 1 / 2
WP. 1255-17.doc the Petitioner Society have filed Writ Petition No. 2272 of 2017 in which an ad-interim relief has been granted. The said writ petition has been kept on 30th January, 2018. Therefore, we decline to entertain this petition and the same is rejected.

Place files of this petition alongwith Writ Petition No. 2272 of 2017 which is to be placed on 30th January,2018, for the sake of reference.
