Learned Counsel for the petitioners has placed on record the notice dated 26/05/2016 issued by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai under Section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act asking 8th respondent to stop the work. In the said notice, it has been recorded that the Authority is satisfied that 8th respondent have unlawfully commenced/ unlawfully carrying on erection of building/erection of work described in the Schedule located at Moreshwar Patankar Marg, Kurla (West), Mumbai. 1/2

In view of this subsequent development, we are incline to dispose of this Petition by directing the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai to take the said notice dated 26/05/2016, which is marked as annexture 'X' for identification, to its logical end as expeditiously as possible unless there is any legal impediment for taking further action in regard to the said notice. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
