While considering these revocation petitions, this Court is of the opinion that it would be necessary to peruse the relevant documents, which include death certificates/copies of death certificates of Jetha, Atmaram and Mohan, who are the brothers of the husband of the deceased testatrix Damayanti Tarachand Jotwani.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Miscellaneous Testamentary Petition No.187 of 2019 shall produce copies of the said documents within six weeks from today.
