The Petitioner is permitted to appear for the annual examination which is going to commence on 10th April, 2015 for viva of the First Year of Interior Designing and Decoration and also from Monday onwards i.e. 13th April, 2015 for written examination. 3.

Shri Naidu, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Management has candidly and very fairly submitted that there was a mistake committed by the clerk in the office, who left out the name of the Petitioner inadvertently and he submits that, therefore, the 1/2

- 2 - (WPL 1059 of 2015) Petitioner is eligible to appear for the said examination. 4.

We must express our appreciation to the stand taken by the College and Management of rectifying the mistake and fairly conceding this fact before this Court.

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to issue a hall ticket. If for some reason, the hall ticket is not issued, then the Supervisor of the examination to give permission to the Petitioner to appear for the viva and also for the written examination on the basis of her College Identity Card. The Gate-way for online uploading confirmation has been closed. Therefore, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall issue super numeric number hall ticket. It is clarified that after the Petitioner appears for the examination, the result shall be declared since the Management has conceded that she is eligible to appear for the examination. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
