The Suit is for dissolution of a partnership and accounts. It appears that the 3rd Defendant is outside the jurisdiction of this Court. A material part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit. 2.
