The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that all the respondents are served. Statement is accepted. 2.
When the matter is called out, none appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that his client does not press prayer clause Nos. (a), (c) and (d). Statement is accepted.

In prayer clause (b), the petitioner seeks an order and direction against respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to expedite the hearing and to adjudicate upon application filed by the petitioner annexed at Exhibit 'C' in the petition on 13th December, 2016, which is pending since then.

We accordingly direct respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to dispose of the said application dated 13th December, 2016 filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are kept open.

Writ Petition is disposed of on in aforesaid terms. 2/3

If any adverse order is passed against the petitioner by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on such application filed by the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 9.
The petitioner is directed to convey this order to respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
