On the backdrop of the earlier hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents have tendered two consent terms. First consent terms are entered between the petitioner and respondent nos. 1 to 3. Such consent terms are signed by Mr. Hardik H. Hirani, Partner of the petitioner-firm, Mr. Shailesh P. Modi, Secretary on behalf of respondent no.1-Society and by respondent nos. 2 and 3. The advocates for the parties have also signed the consent terms. There is no dispute whatsoever on the signature made on the consent terms. The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Second consent terms are entered between the petitioner and respondent nos. 1 and 4. Such consent terms are signed by Mr. Hardik H. Hirani, Partner of the petitioner-firm, Mr. Shailesh P. Modi, Secretary on behalf of respondent no.1-Society and on behalf of respondent no. 4 by the constituted Attorney Ms. Nisha R. Notaria. The advocates for the parties have also signed the consent terms. There is no dispute whatsoever on the signature made on the consent terms. The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. The undertaking made in the consent terms stands accepted.

It is submitted that the present proceedings be disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
