The chamber summons seeks amendment of the cause title by correcting the name of the Plaintiff.

It is the case of the Applicant/Plaintiff that its name has undergone a change, since the filing of the suit and the chamber summons seeks to substitute the correct name. During the pendency of the chamber summons, the Plaintiff's name has undergone a further change, which has since been reflected in an additional affidavit filed by the Plaintiff/Applicant seeking to amend the schedule to the chamber summons.

The chamber summons is, accordingly, made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The schedule to the chamber summons may be amended in terms of the schedule annexed to the additional affidavit dated 8 November 2017. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
