The Interim Application is taken out for restoration of the Petition, which stands dismissed by orders dated 13-08-2019 and 08-01-2020 of the Prothonotary & Sr.Master. There is a delay of 781 days in taking out the Interim Application.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) subject to the Petitioner paying costs of Rs.20,000/- to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks from today.
