Mr. O. Hareendran,Scrutiny Officer of ICSW.

CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:

4th May 2016 PC:- 1.

There is on file a scrutiny report dated 22nd April 2016 by Mr. Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the ICSW. It noted that certain additional documents, including the HIV report for the minor, and permission of receiving country were yet to be submitted. The report is marked 'X' for identification.

905-FAP-37-2016.DOC 2.

Mr. Kapoor for the Petitioners tenders a compilation. This has the necessary documents. The HIV report for the minor is positive. This is an additional that likely remained. 3.

The adoptive parents are from USA. The medical report of the child also indicates certain other medical issues. The proposed adopters have countersigned the previous positive HIV report as also the report regarding the other issues among the documents that Mr. Kapoor tenders is the Article 5 letter dated 14th March 2016 from the US Embassy. The present compilation is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Mr. Hareendran's report is taken on record and marked "X1" for identification.

4.

Mr. Kapoor informs me as does Mr. Arora, who is from Bal Asha Trust, that the adoptive parents will both spend some time here and then they will take back with them a sufficient one-month supply of medication for the minor Prem. Once he is in America, the minor will be transitioned to the medication that is being used in that jurisdiction. The statements are noted for the record. 5.

The minor has come to Chambers with Mr. Arora. He seems to be a healthy, active and alert child. Mr. Arora told me that he is quite aware of the adoption and that he will be travelling abroad. He is being counselled about this too.

6.

In view thereof, the Judge's Order is separately signed. (G. S. PATEL, J.) 4 May 2016
