Respondent No.4 is the owner of the building in which the Petitioner is a tenant. It appears that the owner of the property has filed eviction proceedings against the Petitioner. The Petitioner in turn has filed various complaints regarding certain illegal alterations/ constructions carried out by the owner in the suit building and has filed the above Writ Petition seeking directions against the Municipal Corporation to take action against Respondent No.4 for the alleged illegal construction / alterations carried out in the suit building. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Municipal Corporation, on instructions, states that action is already taken in the matter and if any further action is required to be taken, the Petitioner shall do so by following due process of Pg 1 of 2
