By the above Review Petition, the Petitioner has sought review of the order passed by Mr. Justice A.J. Khanwilkar, J. (as he then was) dated 12th June, 2007. Along with the Review Petition, the Petitioner has taken out the above Notice of Motion for condonation of delay in filing the Review Petition. The Notice of Motion is not moved by the Petitioner in

Nitin 2 / 2 916-RPL-23-2007 the last more than six years. In view thereof, the Review Petition is not numbered till date and is not even served on the other side. 3.

From the aforesaid facts, it is clear that the Petitioner has after filing the Review Petition not pursued the same in the last six years. Even today the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter. In view thereof, the above Review Petition along with Notice of Motion stand dismissed for want of prosecution. (S.J. KATHAWALLA, J.)
