As regards prayer clause-(a) is concerned, it is clarified that for the flats mentioned at serial no.7 & serial no.10, the Court Receiver to accept the offer made by Rita Khanna (flat no.803) and Ram Swaroop Samria, Geeta R.Samria and Adhar R.Samria (flat no.1001).

As regards prayer clause-(b), the offerers whose offer is accepted, to deposit with the Court Receiver the amount equivalent to 70% of the amount of bid within 20 days from today. Rest of the terms and conditions remain unaltered.

CRR192.16-901 Rita Khanna who has bid for flat no.803 is not present in court. Court Receiver to inform Rita Khanna forthwith before 5.00 P.M. today by telephone/fax/e-mail/SMS and by letter by hand delivery.
