ARBITRATION APPLICATION NO.131 OF 2017 AND ARBITRATION APPLICATION NO.132 OF 2017 Mr. Diwan, counsel for applicant states that the Learned Arbitrator has already filed the disclosures as required under the order dated 26th September, 2017.

In view thereof, both applications stand disposed. The petitions filed by applicant, viz., arbitration petition no.502 of 2017 and arbitration petition no.504 of 2017, respectively, under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 are dismissed as withdrawn. The Arbitrator to consider the said petitions as applications under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Gauri Gaekwad
