The company application seeks directions to the Official Liquidator to file a report concerning disbursement of workmen's dues and also regarding steps taken to recover certain amounts deposited with the DRT. In pursuance of a report presented to the Court earlier, appropriate directions have been sought for recovery of this amount from the DRT. The Court is informed that the amount has now come to the Official Liquidator and the Liquidator will be in a position to declare dividends.

Accordingly, the Official Liquidator is directed to prepare a report concerning distribution of dividends and move this Court latest by 20 November 2015. The Applicant shall be given notice of the report. The application is disposed of accordingly.
