By this petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner challenges order dated 18.04.2017 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai Division rejecting petitioner's application for stay in Revision Application No.166/2017.

The learned AGP for the respondent State, after taking instructions from Mr. Sanjay Karale, Grade-II Officer, from the office of Divisional Joint Registrar makes a statement that the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai, will decide the Revision Application No.166/2017 finally within two months from today after giving full opportunity to both sides.

In view of this statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.5 submits that they have no objection if the Writ Petition is disposed of with directions to the Authority.

Hence, by consent of the parties, following order is passed:
a.
The Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai is directed to decide the Revision Application No.166/2017 filed by the petitioner u/s.154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 as early as possible but in any case on or before 10.07.2017.
b.
Liberty granted to the parties to file their pleadings as early as possible with copy to other side on or before 31.05.2017.

c.
The Administrator Mr. Chandrashekhar Dongarwar, Assistant Cooperative appointed on the petitioner No.3 society by order dated 06.04.2017, is directed not to take charge of the society till hearing and final disposal of the Revision Application No.166/2017.
d.
Till decision of the Revision Application No.166/2017, the petitioner society is restrained from taking any policy decision but they are entitled to take decision for conducting the day-today affairs of the society and also to make appropriate payment to that effect.
e.
In case the Revisional Authority passed an order against the petitioner, that to be given effect after two weeks from the date of service of a copy of the same on the parties.
f.
The parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
g.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
