This is an application moved by praecipe seeking withdrawal of monies claimed by the respondents who are senior citizens and are said to be entitled to receive certain monies from the petitioners. Mr. Daver states that as directed on 26 th April, 2021 that amount has been deposited however this is not invested.

Mr. Sawant states on instructions that an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited in the Court will be filed in due course. In the meanwhile if the amount is not invested, Prothonotary and Senior Master shall invest the same in a fixed deposit in a nationalised bank initially for a period of six months and to be renewed for further similar periods. 3.

List the petition for admission on 23 rd August, 2021.
