This Notice of Motion is taken out in a suit, which was originally filed as a summary suit. The Defendant was granted conditional leave to defend the suit upon deposit of a sum of Rs.50,000/-. This amount has since been deposited by the Defendant. The amount has been invested by the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. The suit has since been decreed on 13 July 2004. The Plaintiffs, in the premises, pray for disbursement of this amount to them. The amount, together with the accrued interest, shall be paid by the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court to the Plaintiffs. Such payment will be made within a period of three weeks from today. The Notice of Motion is disposed of in the above terms. (S.C.GUPTE, J.)
