Learned counsel for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 20 February 2020, it is stated that both the execution application alongwith chamber summons can be disposed of in terms of consent terms. It is stated that the signatories of the consent terms are present in the court. They are identified by their respective advocates. Applicant Mr. Mitul Samani, respondent no. 1 Tushar Samani and respondent no. 2 Shriti Kanabar have signed the consent terms. On behalf of respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5, Mr.Kantilal Kotecha who has been granted a power of attorney by these respondents has signed the consent terms on their behalf. There is no dispute in regard to the power of attorney, which is executed by respondent nos. 3,4 and 5 in favour of Kantilal Kotecha to execute the consent terms

Nikita Gadgil 2 of 2 902-CHS-782-19 which is also annexed to the Consent terms. There is thus no dispute in regard to the signatures made in the consent terms. The consent terms are also signed by the advocates of the respective parties. The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The proceedings are disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Undertakings set out in the consent terms stand accepted. 3.
