The present interim application is filed seeking leave to amend. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGP for the non-applicants.

Writ petition is at nascent stage, even otherwise the nonapplicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averment sought to be introduced by way of amendment. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within 14 days. Liberty to the respondents to file affidavit. Place the matter on 1st December 2022. 3.
