The amount awarded is Rs.40,38,625/-. Without prejudice to petitioner's rights and contentions, petitioner shall deposit Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Only) with Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Mumbai under advise to advocate for respondent. This amount shall be deposited on or before 1st March, 2021. Subject to deposit, petition will stand admitted. If the amount is not so deposited with no chance of any extension being granted, petition will stand dismissed without further reference to this court. Liberty is given to respondent to apply for withdrawal of the amount upon such security the court may order at that time.
