Heard Mr.Shaikh, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Bagalia, the learned counsel appearing for both the Respondents.

The contempt petition filed by the Applicant has been dismissed for non prosecution after notice was issued to the Respondent. In view of the avernments made in paragraph No.4 and 5 of the affidavit in support, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, Notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
