Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. As of today,even according to the case of the petitioners, there is no threat of demolition as regards the structures of the members of the petitioners. The Municipal Corporation has only called upon them to submit documents to decide their eligibility for rehabilitation. Therefore, this petition is premature. Only after eligibility of the members of the petitioners is decided or action of demolition is initiated, the petitioners may have a cause of action.

oswpl1230 Subject to what is observed above, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Writ petition is disposed of.
