ORDER :

The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant / Original Petitioner has sought stay on the enforcement / operation / execution of the award dated 25th May, 2020 passed by the Sole Arbitrator V.K. Chadda.

The said award is in the nature of a monetary decree, wherein some of the claims of the Respondent / original Claimants has been granted. The counter claim of the Petitioner has been 1/2

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant / Original Petitioner states on instructions that the Applicant / Original Petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1,10,00,000/- within a period of eight weeks from the date of this Order. The statement is accepted. 4.

In view of the above statement and subject to compliance thereof, the enforcement / operation / execution of the Award dated 25th May, 2020 passed by the Sole Arbitrator V.K. Chadda is stayed. 5.

The parties have agreed for the hearing of the Arbitration Petition at the admission stage.

Considering the same, the Arbitration Petition shall expedited to be heard at the admission stage and shall be placed on 26th March, 2024 along with Interim Application (L) No.27487 of 2023.

The Interim Application No.2134 of 2021 is disposed of. [ R.I. CHAGLA J. ] 2/2
