This Petition was listed on the weekly board. To enable the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, to take instructions, the Petition was listed today on the daily board. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that notwithstanding the letters addressed by the Advocate for the Petitioners to the Petitioners, the Petitioners have not responded to give instructions. He states that the last of such letters was sent on 7th July 2015 by courier and the Advocate for the
ash wp-2965.02 Petitioners has received the acknowledgment. As the Petitioners have not instructed to their Advocate, no purpose would be served by keeping the said Petition of the year 2002 pending. We dismiss the Petition for non-prosecution. The Rule is discharged with no orders as to costs. If the Petitioners apply for restoration of the Petition, they have to satisfy this Court that the cause of action for filing this Petition still subsists.
