By this company application, the applicant prays that the order dated 9th January, 2015 passed by the Official Liquidator rejecting the claim of the applicant be set aside. 2.

A perusal of the order passed by the Official Liquidator on 9th January, 2015 indicates that the Official Liquidator has rejected the claim made by the applicant in the affidavit of proof of debt dated 22nd August, 2013 on the ground that the claim was for the period 1/2

15-ca1004-15 from September, 2009 to July, 2013, whereas the company had gone into liquidation on 21st November, 2006. In my view, there is no infirmity in the order passed by the Official Liquidator. 3.

The company application is accordingly rejected. No order as to costs.
