The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that by order dated 27-9-2015, identical Appeals were disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court. However, through inadvertence the above Appeal remained to be included in the list of the Appeals which were heard on the said day. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant does not dispute this position In view of the said statement made by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1, the above Appeal to accordingly stand disposed of in terms of the order dated 27-9-2015.
