By consent of Counsel on both sides, this Company Petition is disposed of in terms of the following order :- 2.

Mr. Ranjan Bachavat, Senior Advocate, is appointed as a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties, which are the subject matter of the Company Petition herein. 3.

The learned Arbitrator shall conduct the arbitral proceedings and charge fees for arbitration in accordance with the amended Schedule IV of the new Act. The learned Arbitrator shall endeavour to dispose of the arbitral proceedings latest by 31 December 2016. All rights and contentions of the parties, on merits, are kept open. No order as to costs.
