Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that 24 months have expired on 11th April, 2018. The arbitral proceedings could not be concluded due to the unavoidable circumstances. The arbitral proceedings are at the arguments stage. Learned counsel for both the parties state that they would not seek any unnecessary adjournment before the arbitral tribunal and they would co-operate with each other and also with the arbitral tribunal in making an award within the extended period. The statement is accepted. 2.

The time to make an award is extended by six months from 12th April, 2018. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

The arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The parties are directed to convey this order to the learned arbitral tribunal for compliance.
