Heard Mr. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and Ms. Chavan, AGP for the Respondent No.1 and Ms. Mastakar, the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3.
Writ Petitions filed by the Applicants have been dismissed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master in exercise of powers under Rules 986 of the Original Side Rules.

In view of the avernments made in the affidavit in support, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, Notice of Motions are made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to the condition that the Applicants shall remove office objections within 3 weeks from today. If compliance is not made within the stipulated period, order of dismissal shall stand.
