Appellants have filed this appeal, challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated 22nd March, 2007. By the said order the learned Single Judge was pleased to reject the notice of motion filed by the Appellants / original Plaintiffs, seeking an order of injunction, restraining the Defendant from using the corporate name. 3.

We are informed that pleadings are complete; issues are framed; suit is ready for hearing. That being the position, we are not inclined to set aside the impugned order passed by the learned Single 1 / 2

APP. 529-07 Judge. The appeal can be conveniently disposed of by directing the learned Single Judge to decide the suit expeditiously, preferably within 8 months.
