P.C. :- Mr. Shah learned Counsel appearing in support of the Petition states that the Petitioners have responded by letter dated 10 October 2019 to the notice dated 12 February 2019 issued by the Deputy Commissioner under Section 46 of the Central Goods and Services Act, 2017 (the Act) for non-filing of GSTR-3B return. 2.

Consequent to their reply, no further action has been taken on the show cause notice dated 12 February 2019.

In the above view, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps including approaching this Court if so advised, from an order passed on the notice dated 12 February 2019. 4.

The liberty as sought is granted. The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the above liberty.
