NOTICE OF MOTION NO.1449 OF 2016 Have heard the counsel and also considered the affidavit in support of the notice of motion. For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the notice of motion is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (a).
The statement of the counsel for the applicant that all office objections will be removed and chamber summons will be numbered Gauri Gaekwad

It is made clear that if office objections are not removed and chamber summons is not numbered within two weeks, the chamber summons will stand dismissed without further reference to this court and if office objections are removed then the chamber summons (lodg.) no.92 of 2015 be listed for hearing on 27th February, 2017.
