The above Chamber Summons has been filed for seeking amendment to the cause title so as to amend the cause title in so far as the Respondent No.2 is concerned by correcting its name as per its present nomenclature.

No.2, Mr. U. Mannadiar has no objection to the Chamber Summons being considered and allowed.

The Chamber Summons is accordingly allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within one week from date. List the Writ Petition for admission after two weeks i.e. 20.07.2017.

In the interregnum, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner to serve a private advocate's notice on the Respondent No.1 i.e. Oriental Bank of Commerce intimating it that the above Writ Petition along with Notice of Motion would be taken up for hearing/admission on 20.07.2017 and that the Writ Petition would be proceeded with in their absence if they are unrepresented on the said date.
