The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has received instructions from his client to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition for same cause of action on the basis of FIR filed by respondent no.2. To that effect the learned Counsel for the petitioner tendered a praecipe dated 24th August, 2021. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
