The minor Om also known as Adit was born on 18th December 2008 was found abandoned by the Vashi Police Station. He is today eight years old. The adoptive parents are both Indians with a permanent residence in Thane but presently residing in Saudi Arabia. They have met the minor two or three times already. 27 April 2016

I have considered the documents annexed to the Petition including child care plan, home study report, the medical reports and the financial documents.

There is also on record a report dated 23rd April 2016 of Mr. Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the ICSW. This is taken on file and marked "X" for identification. It reports that necessary documents are in order.

The annual salary of the mother is SR 83,342/- and that of the father is SR 4,500/- per month.

The minor himself is present in Chambers today. He seems to be a happy and secure child.

I see no reason not to grant this Petition immediately. 7.

In view thereof, the Judge's Order is separately signed. 8.

I must express my thanks to Ms. Betty Mathai, Senior CoOrdinator of Children of the World India Trust for bringing the child to Court today and for her efforts in looking after and counselling him.
