Heard the learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator. 2.

By this Official Liquidator's Report(OLR), the Official Liquidator is seeking directions for inviting claims from creditors/workers by publishing notices, for appointment of Chartered Accountant for adjudication of the claims and also for permission to make payment of specific amount to a security agency, safeguarding the property of the Company in liquidation located in District Raigad, Maharashtra.

This Court has perused the invoices raised by the Security agency for the relevant period which are annexed to the OLR. 4.

In the light of these statements made in the OLR, the directions deserve to be granted. Accordingly, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
