The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has placed on record a copy of letter dated 15.06.2016 addressed by the Advocate for the Petitioners to the first Petitioner. He states that there is no response from the Petitioners and the Petitioners have not given any instructions.

Hence, we dismiss the petition for non prosecution.
