The petitioners have filed an Appeal under Section 35(1A) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971. Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 - SRA however states that there is no notification so far as issued constituting the grievance redressal committee by the State

Be that as it may, since the petitioners have already invoked an alternate remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the petition.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
