Mr. Singh appearing for defendants states that his clients are unable to pay the charges for security guards. Mr. Singh and Mr. Shah state that paragraph 1(v) of order dated 28th September 2018 be removed and rest of the order may remain unaltered. Both counsel state that no security guards are required to be appointed.

Therefore, by consent, there is no requirement to deploy any security guards as directed in the order dated 28th September 2018. In view thereof, court receiver's report accordingly disposed. Meera Jadhav
